Privacy policy

Short version: you can use RecoveryPriceTracker without an account, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Your watchlist is stored only in your own browser (local storage). It never reaches our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes it.
• Basic server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard request details (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure.
• Email address. If you sign up for the weekly email, we collect your email address. Sign-ups are handled by our email provider, Kit (kit.com), which stores your address and sends the emails on our behalf. Kit uses double opt-in: you'll get an email asking you to confirm before you're subscribed. We use your address only to send the weekly email, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Kit's own privacy policy applies to the data it processes. Price-drop alerts aren't open yet.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers on this site. Our weekly emails are sent through Kit, which may measure opens and clicks. If we add privacy-friendly analytics or affiliate links in the future, we'll update this page first. When you click through to a store, that store's own privacy policy applies.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal information. We'd share it only if required by law.

Children

RecoveryPriceTracker isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
